Oh no! Our products are pretty tough, but accidents occasionally occur.

If you need to replace broken components, you can order separate parts on our website.

Please see our care instructions to confirm the glass was handled correctly.

Was your Thermx damaged during delivery?

We will replace any Thermx broken while in transit, or within 30 days of purchase. Please complete the following steps to receive a replacement:

  1.  Send our friendly customer service team a photo of the broken parts
  2.  Include your proof of purchase and address details
  3.  Retain the other parts as we only replace damaged components
